Kings Oak

Kings Oak is a neighborhood in St. Louis City. It is bounded by Oakland on the north, Kingshighway to the east, Manchester to the south, and Macklind to the west. The neighborhood is named for two of its streets that make up the neighborhood's boundaries. "Kings" comes from Kingshighway, and "Oak" comes from Oakland. As of 2000, the population was 243.

The neighborhood is home to Saint Louis University High School, the St. Louis Science Center, and the Compton-Drew Investigative Learning Center.
